Elite HYROX Blueprint + 12-week Nutrition Plan

Description: This 12-week HYROX program is designed for athletes of all levels preparing to perform at their best on race day. It combines targeted training with a structured nutrition plan to support performance, recovery, and energy throughout the block.

Test Week:

Find your baseline fitness and identify your strengths and areas to improve.

Weeks 1–4: Building Endurance & Strength:
Focus on building a strong aerobic base, improving overall strength, and establishing consistency.

Weeks 5–8: Building Speed & Volume:
Increase training intensity, boost speed, and develop the capacity to handle higher training volumes.

Weeks 9–12: Race Simulation & Peak Performance:
Practice race-specific workouts, fine-tune performance, and reach your peak fitness for competition.

Transform, Push, Dominate

Description: This isn’t just a program—it’s a challenge. A full 12-week journey designed to push your limits, sharpen your discipline, and transform your body and mind. With a carefully structured training plan paired with a nutrition plan, every week is a step toward the best version of yourself.

Weeks 1–4:

Build Strength, Endurance & Consistency. Lay the foundation. Establish habits, build resilience, and get your body moving efficiently. This phase primes you for the journey ahead.

Weeks 5–8:

Build Muscle, Power & Discipline Level up. Increase intensity, grow stronger, and develop the discipline to dominate every workout. Your body starts transforming, and your confidence skyrockets.

Weeks 9–12:

Performance, Fat Loss & Run Development Peak performance. Sharpen your speed, burn fat, and master your endurance. Finish stronger, faster, and fitter than ever before.
