As a personal trainer and HYROX athlete, my mission is to help individuals unlock their full physical and mental potential. I believe fitness is about more than strength or aesthetics—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a mindset that carries into everyday life.

 

My coaching approach is holistic and highly personalized. I design tailored programs that combine strength and conditioning, HYROX-style functional training, structured running, HIIT, and circuit training to improve performance, endurance, and body composition. Mobility, flexibility, and movement quality are core pillars of my training, ensuring longevity, injury prevention, and optimal performance.

 

With a background in rehabilitation, I prioritize safe progression and sustainable results—whether clients are returning from injury or striving to reach new performance levels. My experience working with high-profile clients in the yachting and luxury lifestyle industries has refined my ability to deliver effective, adaptable training in any environment or schedule.
